Overview
The Coquitlam North Road Business Improvement Association (CNRBIA) is a non-profit focused on supporting businesses along North Road in Coquitlam. With the area undergoing redevelopment and serving a diverse multicultural community, CNRBIA needed a website that could unify businesses, share updates, and connect with residents through events and resources.
The Process
I designed a website with clear and welcoming navigation. The structure included the Home, About, Board of Directors, Process, Events, and Contact pages. The About section highlights the mission, vision, and service area, while the Board of Directors page introduces leadership with approachable bios. The Events page showcases upcoming community forums and workshops, and the Process page outlines how the association works. I also integrated a newsletter sign-up and social media links to keep the community connected and engaged.
Results
The new website gave CNRBIA an effective platform to communicate with the business community and residents. Visitors can now easily learn about the association, meet its board, join events, and stay informed through newsletters and social channels. The site positions CNRBIA as a reliable, accessible hub for building a vibrant and inclusive North Road corridor.
